Banana Cup Cakes With Nutella

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 and 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of Nutella
  • 12 cup cake baking cups

Directions

Place the butter and the sugar in a large bowl and with a hand held mixer, mix the butter and sugar till it gets into thin pieces about two minutes.

Than add the egg and mix again for about two minutes.

Than mash the 3 bananas in your hand and place them in the bowl also and mix again for about three to four minutes.

Than add the baking powder and flour into the bowl and mix all ingredients for about four to five minutes and let sit for a minute, while doing this set the oven at 300 degrees.

I used a 12 cup cake tray and placed the baking cups inside and started to place the mix inside with a spoon evenly and than flatting the top off.

Than place into oven for 15 to 20 minutes, and when finished take out and let sit for two minutes and with a butter knife take the Nutella and and spread over each cup cake and serve the Banana cup cakes With Nutella as a dessert around the holidays or any occasion and enjoy this great cup cakes.

Holiday Sugar Cookies

  • Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 non stick holiday cookie pan(unless your a good artist)
  • Butter spray
  • red and green sprinkles

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees and spray the pan with the butter spray.

In a large bowl beat the butter and the sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until well blended, than put in egg and mix well. Than add flour and salt to mixture and mix till well blended.

Than press the dough into the cookie cut-outs filling them 2/3 full.

Then add some sprinkles onto the dough, Then place the tray into the oven for 10 minutes or until light brown around edges, than let cool for 5 minutes,turn pan over and tap pan to remove cookies, and serve the Holiday Sugar Cookies.

Makes 3 dozen
